Scale AI's Generative AI team is seeking a Manager, Machine Learning Research Engineer to lead a talented group of researchers and engineers. This role involves developing and executing an AI roadmap, integrating machine learning into labeling systems, and working with massive datasets to create and fine-tune models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of researchers and engineers.
- Develop methods for integrating ML into human-in-the-loop labeling systems.
- Implement state-of-the-art models and solve customer problems.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to improve current and upcoming products.
- Build scalable ML platforms for automated model retraining and evaluation.
Ideal Candidate:
- 7+ years of experience with LLM, deep learning, or NLP in a production environment.
- Strong programming skills in Python, experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
