(P.S.S. - you can put this experience on your resume).
3. There was a pre-hackathon Solidity course (good to know for next year).
Unlike other conferences, ETH Miami wanted you to be prepared for the technical side of the hackathon. Sounds great, doesn't It?
The ETH Miami team offered a Solidity self-paced education program that spanned over 6 weeks, leading up to the event. The program is a structured, time-bound course for learning how to build and interact with web3.
"Our goal is to teach you everything you need to know about Solidity, Blockchain, Ethereum, and start building in web3, from hands-on bootcamps to starter code."
The good news is that they do offer a year-round program that you can check out here if you're Interested In becoming a dev.
While ETH Miami is not online (maybe next year), if you're in the Miami area and looking for a fun leveling-up opportunities - here's the sign that you were looking for! Hackathons are amazing opportunities to get hands-on experience building and deploying.
Happy building :)
